Is it safe to purchase here?

Absolutely! We only accept PayPal, because it’s safe for both you and us.
If a parcel is lost or something goes wrong, PayPal helps us solve it quickly.
Just remember: most of our toys are one-of-a-kind—so if you see something you like, don’t wait too long!

How to pay?

First, you’ll need a PayPal account.
You can pay directly with your credit card through PayPal, in your own local currency.
Simple, safe, and no math headaches.

How much is shipping?

Add your favorite toys to the cart and head to checkout.
Before confirming payment, you’ll see the total shipping cost—no surprises, promise.

OMG, it’s out of stock! When will it restock?

Since many of our toys are unique, they often sell out fast.
If we manage to find another one, we’ll list it again in the store.
Pro tip: leave your email on the product page so you’ll get notified the second it’s back.

How long does shipping take?

Our warehouse is located in Taiwan.
We ship parcels via the post office within 3–7 business days after receiving payment.

  • Standard Delivery: usually 7–21 days after shipping.

  • Express Delivery: usually 3–7 days after shipping.
    We ship internationally twice a week—think of it as a mini world tour for your toy.

Do you ship to my country?

We used to ship almost everywhere. But because of recent global restrictions, some regions are currently unavailable.
Here’s the rule of thumb:

  • If checkout and payment go through, your parcel will be delivered.

  • If you can’t check out or run into issues, just contact us—we’ll help you out.

What does “New” or “Used” mean?

  • New: The toy has never been played with. Sometimes we open the box just to check the condition, but no playtime involved.

  • Used: The toy has been displayed or played with before. Condition varies—sometimes great, sometimes with a little “character.”
    Always check the photos and descriptions before you decide.

Can you mark the package as a gift or declare a lower value?

Yes, we can do that.
When placing your order, leave us a note with the amount you’d like declared.
If you forget, just email us with your order number—we’ll help you save on customs fees whenever possible.

Why was my order canceled?

Because many of our toys are unique, they can sell out before we update inventory.
In that case, we may need to cancel your order—sorry about that!
