"Is it safe to purchase here?"
Of course! We only accept PayPal, because it's safe for clients and us.
If the parcel is lost or has any problem, we can use PayPal to solve the problem.
Just add the toy to your cart as soon as possible, most of our toy is only one.
"How to pay the payment?"
First, you must have a PayPal account.
And you can use a credit card to pay the payment through PayPal.
Don't worry, you can pay via your local currency.
"How much is the shipping?"
You can add toys to the cart, and check out.
Before you pay the payment, you can see the total shipping.
"OMG, it's out of stock, when will it restock?
Because most of our toys are only one, it's very easily out of stock.
If we find it, we'll list it on my online store.
You can enter your email at the toys page to get the restock mail.
"How many days of shipping?"
Our warehouses are located in Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
All items are shipped from the local post office within 3-7 work days after payment is received.
We ship international parcels twice a week. If you choose "Standard International Mail", it usually takes 7-21 days to arrive after we ship it.
If you choose "Express International Mail", it usually takes 3-7 days to arrive after we ship it.
"Do you ship to my country?"
We used to ship most of the country all over the world, but because of the virus issue, lots of them are unavailable to deliver for now.
If you can finish the order and pay the payment, the parcel will be delivered, don't worry about it.
If you can't check out or have any problem, please contact us to solve the problem.
"What is the condition "New" or "Used" means?"
"New" means the toy has never been played.
Sometimes when we find the toy, we'll open it to check, but just to check the condition of it.
"Used" means the toy has been displayed in the window or been played.
Sometimes it's in good condition, sometimes not.
Please see the photo and description to check the condition.
"Could you mark as gift and declare a lower price on the package?"
Yes, we can declare as a lower price and mark as a gift if you need it.
When you put an order, please note it how much you want to declare.
If you forgot to note it, please send us a mail with your order number, we'll help you to save the customs fee.
"Why my order canceled?"
Most of our toys are only one, it's very easy to sell out.
Sometimes we can't modify the number of toys in time.
So we canceled the order, sorry.
Apologize for that, we usually send our client 7% discount code of the order to our client.
You can use it for the next order in 7 days.
